Duetake - Terms of Service

Thank you for using Duetake (formerly ImageDance) (“the App”). These terms explain how you may use the App and its subscription and related services on Android / Google Play.

1. Subscription Plans & Billing

Monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans are provided. Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions; the lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. Prices and currencies are exactly as shown in Google Play, and payments are processed by Google Play.

Auto-renewal

  • Except for the lifetime plan, monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew via Google Play.
  • Renewal charges occur up to 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the current period.

2. Trials, Cancellation, and Refunds

If a plan includes a free trial, it is available only for first-time subscriptions to that plan. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Google Play will automatically charge the subscription fee.

Refund requests are handled directly by Google Play per their policies. You can initiate a refund in Google Play order history, or contact our support for assistance.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe on others’ rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass purchase flows, inject malicious code, or abuse processing and endpoint services.
  • You are responsible for any content you record, process, and share, and you must ensure you hold the lawful rights to that content.

4. Free Use & Advertising

The App offers free core features. When free limits are reached, you may watch a rewarded video ad to gain extra usage, or upgrade to VIP to unlock everything and remove ads. VIP users are not shown ads during their subscription.

5. Privacy

We collect only the data needed to provide the service and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your photos and videos are processed on your device and never uploaded. To review how we handle data or to request deletion, please see the Privacy Policy page or email us at tsimeon@qq.com.

6. Disclaimer

Processing results such as filters, collages, and mosaics are for guidance only. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every piece of media. We are not liable beyond what is required by law for issues caused by device performance, system compatibility, or third-party services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
